Outlook: The Falcons had 17 new players last year, including 15 freshmen. After improving last year, Mountain Valley hopes to continue that trend this year as the young team takes another step forward.

Coach’s comment: “We should be able to handle most teams that are on the schedule. We have missed the playoffs the last couple years and only by a couple points. It’s hard to have a winning season and have to tell the players we missed by a couple hundredths.” — Coach Todd Papianou.
