Returning players: Seniors — Emily Acritelli (FB), Lindsey Allen (FB); Sophomore — Emily Keene (G).

Key losses: Seniors — Lexi Deering (F), Samantha Hutchinson (FB).

Promising newcomers: Senior — Hannah Chaney;  Freshmen — Amber Delaney, Alexa Perkins, Rylee Moore.

Outlook: The Phoenix lost the scoring punch of Deering, an all-conference pick, but most of the squad returns. Defense should be solid, and Spruce Mountain will need to find some balance up front. The Phoenix should be a solid club and competitive with most teams in the MVC.
