Returning athletes: Boys: Juniors — Josef Holt-Andrews, Bronson Dean; Sophomore — Greg Wheeler; Girls:  Sophomore — Gabi Stone.

Key losses: Ben Lewis, Adam Mahar, Casey Kelner, Matthew Keane.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Senior — Henry Brooks; Sophomore — Johnathan Brooks; Freshmen — Zach Kelner, Taber Pasternak; Girls: Freshmen — Kaitlyn Brown, Carla Boyle-Wight.

Outlook: The boys won their first MVC title in over 20 years in 2011. They graduated four of their top seven runners, but still have the talent to make a strong title defense. Holt-Andrews has finished third at the state meet each of the last two years and will likely be the favorite in late October. Stone finished 11th in Class C as a freshman and working to break the top 10.
