* Andrew J. Marshall, 48, of West Paris, Sept. 11, domestic violence assault, Maine State Police.

* Leslie K. Thomas, 46, of West Paris, Sept. 11, domestic violence assault, Maine State Police.

* Philip D. Beeler, 34, of Silver Lake, N.H., Sept. 12, failure to appear, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and violation of bail condition, Fryeburg Police Department.
