TURNER — The public is invited to come learn about the creative opportunities with SendOut Cards at a workshop hosted by Leavitt Project Graduation at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, in the school cafeteria.

Distributor Mike Roy will show how to use SOC online resources to make unique and personal greeting cards, photo calendars, party invitations, graduation announcements, thank-you notes and more.

Users may choose from pre-made cards and add their own pictures or messages or can create an original card. SendOut Cards prints it, stuffs it and mails it, all at a cost less than standard retail.

LAHS Project Grad has its own distributorship and will receive a commission anytime someone uses the service, once they subscribe under the school’s account, purchasing points either monthly or on an as-needed basis. This is a perpetual income-earning opportunity that could help sustain Project Grad events for years to come, potentially reducing the number of yearly fund-raising activities necessary.

The workshop is free and open to anyone who enjoys sending personal cards or using cards in their business activities such as for thank-you notes or appointment notices. With the holidays coming up, this is also a good opportunity to do something creative that will ultimately simplify correspondence or gift-giving. Parents of graduating students will also want to consider SOC for unique, reasonable graduation announcements and invitations.

It is suggested that participants bring a laptop with Wi-Fi access to the workshop, if possible, as there will be opportunity for hands-on practice. In addition to the Powerpoint presentation, there will be many sample cards to see and time for Q & A. To learn more about this program, visit www.sendoutcards.com/lahsprojectgrad.
