SUMNER — Johnny Bombabdil and the Rednecks, The Harper & The Minstrel, Neveah Dance Fellowship, Sauruman of Many Colours, Lazzlo Family Band and Tricky (Hobbits) Britches will perform Saturday, Sept. 22, during a Hobbit-style harvest celebration at Open Sky Farm.

At the event, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., there will also be authentic Hobbit games, music, meals and art. Visitors are urged to dress in their Hobbit best to celebrate Bilbo’s 111th birthday. 

Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children 10 and older; younger children admitted  free. Tickets include two meals. This is not a camping event and all attendees must be off grounds by midnight. Also, no dogs or glass bottles. For more information or directions, visit
