Previous letters have correctly praised state Sen. Margaret Craven for her dedication to veterans, the elderly, disabled, children and education, and much more. I am writing today to add an important point that should not be overlooked. She is also dedicated to her constituents.

Every weekly constituent newsletter ends with an invitation to contact her office if there is anything she can do to help in Augusta, and she means it.

She is always willing to help in any way she can, whether it is by researching a personal issue and following through, or by her tireless presence at legislative sessions and committee meetings.

Margaret Craven cares about people and she shows it every day.
