I am writing in support of Dennise Whitley, who is running for the Maine Senate, District 13.

Whitley is a native of Norway who has worked for Stephens Memorial Hospital, Franklin Memorial Hospital, Brighton Medical Center, the Red Cross and the Heart Association, and is a former Human Rights commissioner for the state of Maine.

Her 12 years of experience working with the Legislature qualifies her for this job; however, her personality lends itself even more, as she is a concerned citizen who works hard to accomplish her goals.

She is especially adept at working with the Legislature to further health and education guidelines. Her main focus is on helping to create a Maine with better job opportunities for its citizens.

She is always willing and ready to listen to her constituents.

I believe electing Dennise Whitley would be great for Western Maine.
