MECHANIC FALLS — Rose Petrocelli, 88, of Mechanic Falls, died Friday, Sept. 21, at her home.

She was born in Warwick, R.I., April 18, 1924, the daughter of Peter and Lucia Piscopio.

She married Querino Petrocelli on Aug. 31, 1946.She was a member of Sacred Heart’s Church in West Warwick, R.I.

She is survived by two sons, John Petrocelli and his wife, Genie, William Petrocelli and his wife, Jeanie; two brothers, Joseph Piscopio and Peter Piscopio; four sisters, Mary Appolonia, Laura Petrarca, Jennie DeaPozza and Lucy Almberg; four grandchildren, John Petrocelli Jr. and his spouse, Cassie, Jeremy Petrocelli and his spouse, Erin, Nathan Petrocelli and Nicole Petrocelli; four great-grandchildren, Joshua, Grace, Molly and Querino Petrocelli.

She was predeceased by her husband.
