LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a free workshop, “Energy for Performance” seminar, on Oct. 2 from noon to 1:15 p.m., to help attendees learn how to maintain energy throughout the day, sleep well at night, fuel their bodies, get things done and have energy left. Sal Bonetti of The Bonetti Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney will lead this Chamber Brown Bag Discussion.
