Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 4 in 11th District Court:

* Robert Heikkinen, 23, operating under the influence, 1:04 a.m. Sept. 23 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* David Clark, 50, Rumford, refusal to submit to arrest or detention, 2 p.m. Sept. 19 on River Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 6 in 11th District Court.

* Paul A. Pelletier, 51, Rumford, operating under the influence and false identification of vehicle registration, 8:32 p.m. Sept. 14 on Bridge Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
