LEWISTON — Charles L. Wetherell, 75, a resident of Ashmont Street, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, at Central Maine Medical Center.
He was born in Raynham, Mass., June 7, 1937.
Since 1972, Charles, was the owner and operator along with his wife, Deanna, of the Novelty Ice Cream truck selling ice cream through out local neighborhoods. He was also a jack-of-all-trades and a member of Holy Cross Church.
Besides his wife, the former Deanna Williams, survivors include one son; seven daughters; one brother; two sisters; as well as 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law.
He was predeceased by one daughter; one brother; and a special grandson, Dylan.
