AUBURN — Irene G. Trimback, 72, of South Paris, passed away Sunday, Sept. 30, at Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.

She was born in Boston, Mass., April 9, 1940, daughter of Hazel and Albert Allen.

Irene married Richard Trimback on Sept. 23, 1960. They celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary prior to her passing. She graduated from Gould Academy and worked as a teller for Maine National Bank and later retired from Hannaford in 1997.

She is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Trimback; and daughter Shelley (Trimback) Bokum.
