LEWISTON — Gabriella Rose McGinley, six months, of Auburn, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Sept. 28, at Central Maine Medical Center.

She was born in Lewiston, on March 14, 2012, a daughter of John and Carolyn (Michaud) McGinley.

Gabriella melted the hearts of everyone she met with her huge smile and big beautiful eyes, even throughout her sickness and discomfort. Along with family and friends, she enchanted nurses, doctors and all who came close to her. Though her time with us was very short, Gabriella’s smile and her ability to light up any room will live on in our hearts forever.

She leaves her parents, John and Carolyn of Auburn; sister, Olyvia; twin sister, Isabella; brother, John; paternal grandmother, June McGinley and her partner, Normand Poulin; maternal grandparents, Connie Michaud and Leo and his wife, Theresa Michaud; aunts and uncles, Sue and Charlie Stimpson, Mark McGinley and Judy Stimpson, Jim McGinley, Bobbi-Jo McGinley, Jamie Michaud, Pam and Dan Reed, Brian and Jessica Michaud, Amy and Jim Ferguson and Phil Michaud; and honorary grammie, Judy Whiting and her husband, Reed Fickling.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Francis McGinley.

You are invited to offer condolences or share a fond memory of Gabriella by visiting her guest book at www.thefortingroupauburn.com.
