* Sharon R. Kennedy, 47, Livermore, theft, Oct. 3, $3,000 unsecured bail, court appearance Dec. 20, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Joseph R. Waite, 50, Lewiston, driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, Oct. 4, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.

* Matthew Anderson, 22, Farmington, violation of a protection from abuse order, Oct. 4, no bail listed, University of Maine at Farmington Police Department.
