Never has it been more important to re-elect Rep. Peggy Rotundo to the Maine House of Representatives.

She has been one of the most effective legislators Lewiston has ever elected. She is not extreme in her views and she always puts Lewiston first.

Voters in Lewiston have a choice for state representative: to elect an effective leader such as Rotundo, or choose someone who has no first-hand knowledge about the legislative process or what it means to find common ground.

Given these especially difficult times, I will put my faith in a proven leader. This is no time for amateur hour. I wouldn’t go to a first-year medical student for an operation. I want experience and effectiveness in my representative in the State House.

I will vote for Peggy Rotundo.
