PARIS — A Rhode Island man pleaded not guilty Friday to sexually assaulting a young girl in Hanover last year.
Kyle C. Sanville, 23, of West Kingston, R.I., was indicted in August on a charge of sexually assaulting the girl, who was under 14 years old. The assault took place on or about Nov. 20, 2011.
Sanville entered his plea in Oxford County Superior Court and was released on $2,500 unsecured bond. He is set to appear in court in January.
