Carbone

AUGUSTA — The wedding of Liza Danielle Clark and David Richard Carbone was held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 4 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Augusta. Deacon Jeffrey Lewis officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Carbone is the daughter of Harry Clark Jr. and Cindy Clark of Farmington. Mr. Carbone is the son of the late Thomas Carbone of Boothbay Harbor and Joyce Carbone of Skowhegan.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, wore a strapless ball gown with hand-embroidered designs of crystals on the bodice and Cathedral train. The bride also wore a tear drop crystal veil and carried a cascade of fuchsia lilies and roses, with crystals and hand dusted glitter on each petal.

Amy Hinkley, best friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were April Buchheit, Emily Haley, Jessica Loomis, Scbrina Swan, cousin of the bride, and Lurinda Cote. Flower girls were Teagan Carbone, daughter of the couple, and Olivia Swan, daughter of a cousin of the bride.

Chad Grignon, childhood friend of the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were David Moulton, Ryan Dumont, nephew of the bridegroom, Chris Carbone, brother of the bridegroom, Jody Barney and Larry Roesler. Dillon Clark, son of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Augusta Elks Lodge, after which the couple traveled to Boothbay Harbor. They are residing in Skowhegan.

The bride is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School in Farmington and attends Kennebec Valley Community College, pursuing an associate degree in business management and finance and is Sigma Alpha Pi.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Skowhegan Area High School in Skowhegan and graduated from Kennebec Valley Technical College with an associate degree in heating and cooling. He currently works at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery.
