Women Hockey Players Needed

AUBURN —   The L/A Senior Hockey League which  plays at the Ingersoll Ice Arena in Auburn is looking for a few more women who are interested in playing hockey. The games are played on a Friday or Sunday night, one game a week.

The season just started and runs through March. The league is composed of a variety of caliber of play with ladies ranging from the age of 18-60. You must out of high school.

Renegades take two in Haverhill

HAVERHILL, MASS —   The Maine Renegades Peewee One team won two games this past weekend in Haverhill.  The first win was an 8-1 victory over Arlington AAA2.  Four second period goals by the Renegades broke the game open.  Thomas Levasseur and Colby Anton each scored a pair of goals and a pair of assists to lead the way.  Twelve different players recorded a point.  Game two of the day was a 4-1 victory over the East Coast Wizards AAA.  After spotting the Wizards an early goal, the Renegades adjusted to the speed and scored four unanswered goals to seal the victory.  Chandler Bilodeau and Thomas Levasseur each scored a pair, while Caden Smith had a pair of helpers.  In goal, Luca Colinet and Jacob Smith combined with a 1.00 goals-against-average for both games.
