I am writing in support of Josh Klein-Golden for the Androscoggin County judge of probate.

Klein-Golden is a general practice attorney at Clifford & Golden, P.A. He had served as the Androscoggin County register of probate and was appointed judge of probate by Gov. Paul LePage.

The judge of probate position should not be a political one. It should not matter if the judge is a Democrat, Republican or independent. The judge of probate applies the laws of the state of Maine to the facts of the case before him or her. The judge must be patient, understanding and be willing and able to make a difficult decision.

As the current judge of probate, Klein-Golden possesses all those skills and has the experience. That is why I support Josh Klein-Golden to continue as the Androscoggin County judge of probate.
