KINGFIELD — Business owners, residents and downtown shoppers are invited to join selectmen for a presentation on the potential for Kingfield to become a Maine Downtown Network Community.
The presentation by Maine Downtown Center Director Roxanne Eflin takes place at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at the Town Office at Webster Hall.
People will be able to ask questions and hear about the many benefits of becoming a Maine Downtown Network Community similar to the town of Farmington.
The public is welcome to join the gathering between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m. for a downtown village walking tour with Eflin. Participants will meet at 2:30 p.m. in front of Camden National Bank.
All are welcome. For more information contact Doug Marble, administrative assistant, at the town office.
