I am proud to call Maurice Castonguay my friend. I have known him for many years. He has a heart that is as good as gold, and his work ethic is next to none.

A Vietnam veteran and native of Livermore, he has always held a job — from working on a dairy farm and apple orchards as a very young man, to working in the mill on the wood pile and on the paper machines, being a long-distance trucker, a postal worker, and then a small businessman. He and his wife have run Maine Country Butter for 26 years. They know what it is like to meet the bottom line.

I will vote for Maurice Castonguay. He will listen to and represent everyone in his district with pride and honesty.
