On Friday, Oct. 26, upright bassist Kit Demos will host a night of improvisational jazz at She Doesn’t Like Guthries. Demos has studied physics, jazz and classical music performance. He has been performing and recording with free jazz/free improv guitarist Jeff Platz in the Northeast and Europe. He also plays with Portland-based band Mystic Out Bop Review. The show starts at 8 p.m. No cover charge. Guthries is at 115 Middle St., Lewiston.
