This is in response to the Oct. 21 story about the three sisters who will vote “no” on Question 1.

If so-called good Christians stopped meddling in other people’s business, their worlds could remain perfect and jaded. They should stay on their side of the fence.

No one is asking them to be gay. I’m not gay. I don’t feel gay writing this letter. I’m sure if gay people get married and move down the road, I likely will be just fine and not gay; pretty sure the level of marriage I’m at won’t change.

The commercials claiming lawsuits all say the same thing. Homosexuals were discriminated against.

Some history: Christians, Mormons and Catholics have tortured and slaughtered millions of people in the name of God (Crusades, Holocaust, etc.). And what religion does the KKK stands for? What religion holds mangled fetus pictures on street corners for my child (3 years old at the time) to have nightmares about? What about the Westboro Baptist members from Kansas that protest fallen soldiers’ funerals (the same soldiers who protect the sisters’ right to discriminate)? What about all the children molested by priests?

Does anyone know about King James, the 17th Century Bible revisor? Read about his sexual appetite. If he wasn’t gay, he has some serious explaining to do. The three sisters likely own a King James Bible.

God forgives. Thou shall not judge.
