The following are to be arraigned Dec. 4 in 11th District Court:

* Michael Pare, 37, Rumford, operating under the influence (second offense), 1:07 a.m. Oct. 28 on Washington Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Tony Jodrey, 43, Rumford, operating after suspension, 7:34 p.m. Oct. 26 on Virgin Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

* Phillip Brasuell, 32, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 2:52 p.m. Oct. 25 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
