ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Roberta Elaine Verrill Whittaker, 83, of Wilton, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, in Albemarle.

She was born on March 13, 1929, in Livermore Falls, to the late Ralph Verrill and the late Verda Hardy Verrill.

She is survived by adaughter, Vickie Arnold Churchill, and three grandchildren.

She worked at Forster Manufacturing Company as a secretary and manager of Sarah Coventry Jewelry Company as a sales associate. Roberta graduated from Lewiston High School and Auburn Maine School of Commerce.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle, N.C., is serving the Whittaker family.
