DIXFIELD — The Police Department responded to the following complaints from Nov. 1 to 10:

Accidents:

* Nov. 10, 4:49 p.m., Laura Johnston reported her vehicle struck and killed a deer. Damage to her vehicle was estimated at $5,000.

* Nov. 6, 6:28 p.m., Scott Stevens of Bethel struck and killed a deer. Damage to his blue 2006 Ford Ranger was estimated at $2,500.

Thefts:

* At the Third Street apartment complex, a visitor reported the theft of an undisclosed amount of money, prescription drugs and keys from her vehicle while it was parked overnight. Police had no leads.

Charges:

* Steven H. Wilson, 37, of Dixfield, outstanding fugitive from justice warrant issued out of Massachusetts, 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7.

* William J. True, 49, of Mexico, charged with domestic assault, 7:37 p.m. Nov. 6. True was taken to the Oxford County Jail.

* Nov. 2, 10:25 p.m., police investigated a report of a possible underage party. The investigation resulted in summonses to Kyle Whittemore, 20, of Dixfield, on charges of being a minor possessing alcohol and furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol; Ellen Mitchell, 20, charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol; and Dakota Paul, 18, charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Crystal Hall, 31, of Dixfield, charged with violation of bail conditions, 8:15 p.m. Nov. 1. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court in Rumford on Jan. 8, 2013.

* Jennifer Gray, 32, of Dixfield, on charges of possession of usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:15 p.m. Nov. 1. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court in Rumford on Jan. 8, 2013.
