FARMINGTON — Teachers Lounge Mafia will present “Stale Milk & Sour Cookies V,” an evening of irreverent seasonal comedy, on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Over the past five years, TLM has skewered bad gift givers, holiday carols, office parties, family portraits, Charles Dickens and countless other holiday traditions. The troupe takes on the spirits of commercialism, familial stress and eggnog with its blend of improv and sketch comedy.

“Stale Milk & Sour Cookies V” marks the fifth anniversary of the group’s founding. Over its history, TLM has raised funds for disaster relief, medical research and other charitable causes. This year, all donations will go directly to LEAP Inc., a private nonprofit devoted to supporting people with developmental, cognitive and intellectual disabilities so they become actively involved in their home communities.

Making up TLM are local comic actors Jeff Bailey, Natalie Simmons, Alex Kreitzman, Gavin Pickering, Emily Pottle, Dan Ryder and Kyla Wheeler. They take inspiration from “Saturday Night Live,” “Second City, Whose Line Is It Anyway?” and their own twisted comic stylings.

“Stale Milk & Sour Cookies V” will be presented at 7:30 p.m. in Roberts Learning Center’s Lincoln Auditorium. The show contains mature content. Suggested donation: $5 per person taken at the door. For more information, call 578-0357 or visit www.teachersloungemafiaimprov.com.
