When caring for someone with cancer there may be times when you wonder what you can do to make a difference in a loved one’s comfort. In this two-session workshop, licensed massage therapist Bambi Mathay will teach techniques you can use to help your loved one feel better in most circumstances.

Studies have shown that simple hands-on methods can reduce the severity of symptoms and side effects of treatment. Whether you give a simple hand or foot massage at the kitchen table or even just gentle touch without movement, you can help your partner find greater comfort, relaxation and relief. Bring your own family member or friend to practice with.
