LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday at Holy Family Church honoring the life of Donald Boucher following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Marc Caron celebrated the Mass and the Rev. Nathan March concelebrated, both of the Prince of Peace Parish. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Kayla and Kelly McLellan representing the St. Dominic Academy Girls Hockey Team. The eulogy was presented by Lee Hixon the Athletic Director of St. Dominic Academy. Words of support were offered by Principal Don Fournier at St. Peter’s Cemetery at the conclusion of committal prayers. Pallbearers were Brooks and Luke Boucher, Joshua Simard, Michael Perreault, Calvin Bowie and Mike Knapp. Honorary pallbearers were the St. Dominic Academy Girls Hockey Team. Delegations were present from St. Dominic Academy, United/Parent Insurance, Emerson Chevrolet, Gendron & Gendron Construction, Prime Motors and a very large delegation from the Lewiston Public Works and Lewiston Water & Sewer Department lined their vehicles at the entrance to St. Peter’s Cemetery in honor of Donald Boucher. A reception of fellowship followed at Marco’s Restaurant.
