PORTLAND — Jean Ducey, 86, of Oxford, went home to the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 29, after a brief illness.

She will be lovingly missed by her family and many friends.

She was very active in her community and was a member for 20 years of the American Legion Post 112.

She was also a member of the Oxford Fire Department Auxiliary for 15 years. She loved her bingo night and loved playing black jack with her grandson at the Oxford Casino.

She is survived by four daughters; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren, who lovingly referred to her as G.G.

Her family wishes to thank the staff at Stephens Memorial Hospital and Maine Medical Center for their care and kindness.
