RUMFORD — Leland Falkner has created many characters, his most recent is a wildly entertaining, and hilarious host that will keep your evening sparkling with humor and variety. Falkner  will perform at 7 p.m., on Dec. 7 when the Mystic Theater at 49 Franklin St., holds its monthly Kaleidoscope program.

Wally Wiggins is the ultimate nerd, and his unexpected comic situations, and surprising magic will have you in stitches. He is classic comedy in a white suit. Although he sparks comparisons to Jackie Gleason and Jerry Lewis, Wally Wiggins is an original fool that will light up the stage with great magic, comedy sketches, and outrageous physical gags. In Wally’s world objects seem to plot against him, yet he succeeds against the odds. Whether his song is interrupted or his microphone rebels, you can expect Wally to persevere, because Wally is a winner. Wally has appeared in vaudeville revues, theatres, conferences, conventions, special events, and is always an audience favorite, prepare to have more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Nick Graham will return to Kaleidoscope to display some of his incredible feats of mind and magic, also Tammy Schmersal Burgess along with her brother Eric Schmersal, and Troy Provencher will create a special musical trio for the December performances. And special guest from Portland, Karen Seymour, will theatrically reveal the messages of the tarot in personal readings at your table!

Kaleidoscope is a once-a-month celebration of the arts, a variety of visual art and performance art are featured each month, it is held in the Mystic Theater at 49 Franklin St., in Rumford, that goes from 7:00 to 10:00, there is a cash bar available and snacks. It’s Kaleidoscope because you never know what it’s going to look like each time it comes around.
