On Oct. 9, 14 first- and second-grade students from Mrs. Rose’s class at Oxford Hills Christian Academy went on an adventure at the Creation Learning Center in Bridgton. Students spent the entire morning at the Dinosaur Exhibit, listening to owner Paul Veit explain about the many fossils and dinosaur bones found there. Veit showed slides of paleontologists digging for dinosaur bones, and talked to them about the Creationist point of view. The preschool through grade 12 school is Bible centered and strong on academics. The school has rolling admissions and accepts students at any point during the school year. Call 743-5970 to arrange a tour or talk to the principal, Andrea Lane.
