LEWISTON — Alexah Louise Rich was born Saturday, Dec. 1, at 9:04 a.m. at Central Maine Medical Center; the daughter of Malorie Leclerc and Adam Rich of Manchester. Alexah Louise weighed 2 pounds, 2 ounces and was 13 inches long.

Hearing Alexah’s first few breaths was the most amazing sounds we have ever heard and we will cherish these memories always. We admired her beautiful little heart-shaped lips, long “piano” fingers and lots of dark hair like her mommy and her daddy’s cute little ears and nose.

Although it was much too brief, we held her in our loving arms and very close to our hearts.

She is survived by her loving parents, Malorie Leclerc and Adam Rich; her grandparents, Mark and Brenda Leclerc of Fayette and Jeff and Connie Rich of Madison; her aunts, Lindsay Leclerc and Amie Rich; her uncles, Sam Leclerc, Jason Rich, Glenn Rich, Charlie Rich, Shane Starks, Jesse Wilkerson, Denzel Rich and Tristan Rich; her cousins, Taylor Williams, Kobe Rich, Bailey Pepin, Payton and Autumn Rich; she also has a loving extended family of Leclerc’s, Bryant’s, Rich’s, Washburn’s and several close friends.

The family would also like to thank the staff at CMMC and the NICU for the incredible care they provided to Alexah and our entire family. Also a VERY special thank-you to Moira Shanahan, Kate Preston, Kimberly Owen and Father Peter for their amazing support and prayer.

The family encourages you to sign the guest book online. To leave messages of condolence and read Alexah’s story and memorial information please go to: www.finleyfuneralhome.com.
