NORWAY — Joshua H. Wardwell, 17, of Oxford, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Lewiston, April 19, 1995, the son of Eric and Stephanie Fuller Wardwell. He was a senior at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and was active in the Autotech program.

His plans were to go on to college for criminal justice. He wanted to be a game warden.

He is survived by his parents of Oxford; his sister, Meghan and her fiancé, Kevin; his grandparents, Don and Nancy Wardwell and Gary and Esther Fuller; his great-grandmother, Arlene Harrington; his aunt, Shannon Smith and her husband, Andy; uncles, Jeff Wardwell and his wife, Sally and Wayne Wardwell and his wife, Jayme; his cousins, Hannah Smith, Brooke Wardwell, Travis Wardwell and Andy Wardwell; and a special cousin, Micaela Smith.
