FARMINGTON — Foster Tech Center, in collaboration with the Franklin County Community College Network, Maine’s Workforce Investment Board, and the region’s call center employers — T-Mobile, Access Worldwide, NotifyMD and Sykes Enterprises — will host a call center training class at Foster Tech Center in Farmington. The 30-hour class will begin on Jan. 15 and will run until Jan. 29.
The class would benefit anyone looking for a job and seeking to gain valuable long-term job skills. The class is taught by call center representatives and covers skills, such as call center related basic computer skills, high impact customer service, sales and marketing, working in a goal-driven environment as well as resume and interview preparation.
Preregistration is required and scholarships are available for eligible participants.
