MEXICO — Announcement is made of the engagement of Jasmine Holmes and Bryan Patten, both of South Portland.

Miss Holmes is the daughter of Connie and Jim Arsenault of Mexico and Glen and Penny Holmes of Buckfield. She is a 2006 graduate of Southern Maine Community College with a degree in business. She is currently employed as a property manager with Preservation Management Inc. in Portland.

Mr. Patten is the son of Robert and Cheryl Patten of Amherst, N.H. He attended Southern Maine Community College and is employed as an auto mechanic in South Portland.

The wedding is planned for May 11 in South Portland.
