Halloween at the Auburn Towne House, 74 Lake Auburn Ave., was turned into a “Wizard of Oz” theme. The Oz character was design by Susan Ouellette with the help of her son, local artist Tim Ouellette. Many donations were given by the Towne House residents to help build these characters.
