Sean Ford led the Red Eddies (4-0) with 18 points, while Quin Leary chipped in with 15. Nate Alexander also contributed with 13 while Lew Jensen added 10 and pulled down eight rebounds.
Erskine (0-4) was paced by Devin Duncan with a game-high 28 points, including five shots from beyond the arc. Caleb McGuire also contributed with 15 points, while Jarus Gartley added 10.
Poland 67, Fryeburg 45
FRYEBURG — Poland jumped out to an 11-point lead in the first quarter Tuesday before pulling away to a 67-45 romp over Fryeburg in WMC boys’ action.
CJ Martin led the Knights (1-4) with a game-high 26 points, while Alan Young chipped in with 14.
Fryeburg was led by Walker Mallory with 14 points, while Bright Amoako added 13.
Brunswick 79, Oxford Hills 54
BRUNSWICK — Brunswick jumped out to a big 18-point lead in the first quarter before racing away to 79-54 rout over Oxford Hills in KVAC boys’ basketball Tuesday.
Blake Gordon led the Dragons (2-2) with 24 points, while Ryan Black tallied 17 and Alex Bandouveres added 10.
The Vikings (1-3) were paced by Jake Plummer with 14 points, while Luke Davidson chipped in with 10.
Boothbay 61, Oak Hill 49
WALES — Boothbay’s offense hit full throttle in the second half, pulling away to record a convincing 61-49 win over Oak Hill in a KVAC boys’ basketball matchup Tuesday.
Anthony Bimauro led the Seahawks (5-0) with 14 points, while John Hepburn tallied 13 and Joseph Bimauro added 11 in a balanced attack.
The Raiders (1-3) were paced by Trevor Samson with 10 points, Parker Asselin chipped in with nine.
Lake Region 67, Gray-NG 61
GRAY — Lake Region had four players scored in double figures as the Lakers beat Gray-New Gloucester in boys’ basketball Tuesday. Mike Triglione led Lake Region (3-2) with 19 points while Sam Smith added 15. Mike Magelles and Quinn Tiland had 13 and 12 respectively.
The Patriots (1-3) got 22 from Sam Johnson. Will Shafer and Kevin Cavallaro each had 13.
Monmouth 44, Winthrop 40
MONMOUTH — Monmouth Academy built a 16-9 lead in the first quarter and held off Winthrop in a 44-40 win in boys’ basketball Tuesday.
