NORWAY — Gerald E. Lowe, 67, of Oxford, died Monday, Dec. 24, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Rumford, Sept. 11, 1945, the son of Birchard E. and Ella I. Monk Lowe. He grew up and attended schools in Sumner.

He faithfully served our country in the U.S. Army. He married Sandra Jasper on June 10, 2006. He had been employed at Elan in Poland as a night watchman, retiring due to illness. He enjoyed watching TV and faithfully attended Norway Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, of Norway; and a half-brother, Clifford Lowe.
