Trail Blazers meet Jan. 16
MEXICO — The Mexico Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, downstairs at the Mexico Town Hall. All are welcome.
Think Snow dance tickets and raffle tickets will be available at the meeting. The dance is Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Eagles Hall in Rumford.
Those interested in becoming members to support the club can do so at a meeting or by calling Nick Brown at 364-8665.
Widows Or Widowers Sharing
RUMFORD — Widows Or Widowers Sharing will meet at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at the Rumford Senior Center, 50 Congress St.
Members are to bring a poem or short story to share, as well as items for a scavenger hunt.
Refreshments will be by Margeret Aleck, Evelyn Canwell and Joyce Farwell.
All area widows or widowers are welcome to join. Dues are $10. For more information call Barbara Morse at 562-4225.
