MESA, Ariz. — Constance P. Pelchat, 71, formerly of Lewiston, died Saturday, Jan. 26, at Banner Hospice.
She was born in Lewiston, March 8, 1941, a daughter of the late Reneau and Eva (Langlois) Galipeau. She married Raymond E. Pelchat. He predeceased her in 2004.
