MADRID — Route 4 from Madrid to Rangeley reopened Friday morning.
The road was closed Thursday afternoon due to an ice jam near the bridge just south of Small Falls, Emergency Management Director Tim Hardy said Friday morning.
The water and ice levels have dropped since yesterday when concerns rose about the bridge and the road was closed to traffic, he said.
