1927 – 2013
WEST POLAND — Lorene Leah Edwards, 85, went to be with her husband and loved ones in heaven on Feb. 12.
She was born July 14, 1927 in West Poland to Silas and Junie Strout. She married her husband, Lovell Edwards, on Sept. 30, 1954.
She enjoyed reading, cooking and was known for her famous biscuits. Lorene’s most important passion in life was caring, loving and comforting her whole family. She was the woman everyone knew as always having a twinkle in her eyes and a smile on her face.
She is survived by her six children, Peter and wife, Nancy, Dawn Edwards, Randy Edwards, Kerry and his wife, Brenda, Rick Edwards, Heidi and husband, Steve Vining; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Lovell Edwards; three sisters, Louise, Ada, Florence; and two brothers, Asa and Forrest.
