* Juan C. Colon, 22, of Livermore Falls, Feb. 12, failure to pay fines and two counts of failure to appear, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Deborah K. Gates, 56, of Rumford, Feb. 12, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
