LEWISTON — Gertrude L. Lang, 83, formerly of Auburn, passed away at D’ Youville Pavilion, with her daughter by her side.

She was born on Dec. 19, 1929, in Lewiston, a daughter of the late Lucien and Alvine (Landry) Rancourt. She attended local schools and went on to college, attaining her associate’s degree. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Lang; her son, Gregory Holbrook; her sister, Connie Limoseth; and her brother, Robert Rancourt.
