FARMINGTON – The RSU 9 Board of Directors was asked recently to hold Tuesday, March 5, open for a meeting and possible executive session.
The request came from Director Robert Pullo of Wilton during his update on the superintendent search on Feb. 12. The chairman of the board’s Administrator Evaluation Committee told board members the search and process is going well.
The district received nine applications and four candidates have been interviewed. Leanne Condon, assistant superintendent/director of curriculum and a member of the search committee, said Tuesday that final interviews will be done.
The board will decide who will succeed Superintendent Mike Cormier, who is retiring this year.
