LIVERMORE FALLS — Bradford L. Hickey died peacefully on Feb. 19, following a short illness. Bradford lived in Livermore Falls at Harris House, an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Bradford had made his home with his Harris House family for more than four years. However, prior to Bradford’s move to Livermore Falls, he had made his home in Vassalboro since 1992, with his extremely close and long-time friend, Robin Brown.

Bradford also had a nearly 30-year relationship with Gail Hamilton, who was not only his legal guardian but his very close friend. Bradford was generally a very quiet and gentle man but he could also be quick with a raise of the eyebrow or an endearing smile if he felt so inclined.

Bradford leaves behind his Harris House “siblings”; and the many loving caregivers and friends who were such an important part of his life.
