AUBURN — Mechanics Savings Bank recently donated $900 to Community Concepts’ Keep Your Neighbors Warm Fund. Established in 2012, the program helps supplement federal emergency fuel assistance to low-income families in Androscoggin County. Recipients typically do not qualify for any other assistance, and are most often elderly or families with small children.
