New England Celtic Arts with Saltwater Celtic Festival will present legendary Irish piper Paddy Keenan at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 17 at Skye Theatre Performing Arts Center in South Carthage. A pre-show jam session will start at 6 p.m. Skye Theater is on Winter Hill Rd., off Rte.2 in Carthage. Ticket price is $15 at the door. For reservations, call 207-562-4445.
